1950-1951
Ferrari entered Formula 1 at the inaugural 1950 World Championship. Their first victory came at the 1951 British Grand Prix with Jose Froilan Gonzalez, marking the beginning of the most storied team in motorsport history.
1952-1953
Alberto Ascari delivered back-to-back world championships for Ferrari, establishing the team as the dominant force of the early era. Ascari remains one of the few drivers to win consecutive titles with the same constructor.
1956-1961

2007-2008
Kimi Raikkonen won the 2007 drivers' championship in dramatic fashion on the final lap of the season. In 2008, Ferrari and Felipe Massa came agonizingly close to a double. The constructors' title that year was Ferrari's last to date.
2009-2021
A long drought began. Despite competitive campaigns with Alonso in 2012 and Vettel in 2017-2018, Ferrari could not convert their opportunities into championships. The team rebuilt its technical structure multiple times in search of the elusive title.
2022
The F1-75 gave Ferrari their most competitive car in years. Charles Leclerc led the championship early in the season, but strategic errors and reliability failures allowed Red Bull to pull clear. Ferrari finished second in the constructors' standings.
