Liam Lawson is a New Zealand racing driver born on 11 February 2002 in Hastings, New Zealand. From an early age he showed great talent in karting, winning multiple national championships before making the jump to single-seater categories. In 2019, he joined Red Bull's young driver programme, allowing him to compete in various development categories in Europe.
